Lemonayd turns business communication concepts (like pitching and negotiation) into interactive games – taking learning beyond the textbook. My role involves steering product and brand direction.
Product development involved paper prototypes, rigorous playtesting, product design, manufacturing, fulfillment solutions, and setting up our Shopify site for D2C e-commerce.
On the marketing side, I oversee branding, partnerships, and paid/organic campaigns. Since launch, we've been featured at events by TEDx, Toastmasters, HKUST Business School, and StartmeupHK – marking our presence in both the educational and business sectors.
With 50 boxes shipped to eight countries in the first quarter of launch, we are now looking to expand the product line with a third game, INVEST.
